Joseph Budetti is the Founder and Principal of Asset Monetization Partners, a U.S.-based private capital advisory firm focused on real estate monetization, balance-sheet restructuring, and bespoke capital solutions for property owners and private investors.
With over 30 years of experience across residential and commercial real estate, mortgage finance, and private capital structuring, Mr. Budetti has advised clients on complex transactions involving asset recapitalization, debt restructuring, and private investment structures.
He is the founder of a nationally recognized real estate and mortgage platform that achieved two-time INC. 500 recognition and received national media coverage. Mr. Budetti has also served as a senior advisor to U.S. legal counsel on matters involving real estate syndication, land trusts, and private offerings.
Mr. Budetti is a licensed U.S. real estate broker and has extensive experience working with private clients, advisors, and investors across the United States, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. His work emphasizes conservative structuring, regulatory discipline, and long-term alignment between capital and ownership. He has previously lobbied Congress in Washington on behalf of Mortgage Professionals advocating for perspectives important to the industry.
