Raising capital is something most entrepreneurs will find necessary at some point in the development of their enterprise. At Asset Monetization Partners we know the ropes and can assist with the following:

Equity: We can create the following package - (a) Integrated Business Plan; (b) proforma financials; (c) private placement memorandum (in conjunction with our legal team); and/or, (d) franchise offering circular. The above is necessary for a private capital raise. Otherwise, you can always raise capital from friends and family assuming that is a viable option. Other more sophisticated investors will want the above mentioned documents.
Taking the private placement to market: When the above package is complete and depending upon how the numbers look, we may be able to make an equity investment in your venture, or alternatively, place your offering with our broker dealer contacts in New York City. We are not affiliated with them nor do we collect a fee for this referral. We are not licensed to raise equity based capital for a fee.
